Troubleshooting Tips

Common issues and how to fix them when using the PisonetX PC Monitoring system

PC is ON but appears OFFLINE in the mobile app

Make sure that PCID is set to PCHASH instead of IP address. Double-check your config settings or reinstall the app in case the configuration is corrupted.

PC only becomes online after clicking "Restart Service", offline again after reboot

This is a startup issue. Please follow this video guide on how to manually set the app to start with Windows.

Login failed, says "error"

This could be a temporary server issue. Please contact the administrator through chat for assistance and checking server status.

Screen Time History is not showing the latest data

This is usually fixed by refreshing the filter tab. Switch tabs or change the filter date to reload and update the display.

Wake-on-LAN (Power On) isn’t working

Make sure there's at least one PC already online. Only online PCs can send the power-on signal to others. Also, all PCs must be connected to the same local network.
