### On-board debug logs
The last 2 hours of events, viewable from the vendo dashboard.
- WiFi connect, drop and reconnect attempts, hotspot startup, WebSocket activity
- Logs now survive a reboot instead of being lost
- The reason for an unexpected restart is recorded
- Passwords are never shown in the log

### Faster WiFi recovery
A dropped connection is retried every 3 seconds instead of every 30.
- WiFi power saving is off, which removes the delays that caused false disconnects
- Heartbeat timeout raised from 3 to 12 seconds
- After setup the board reports its router IP, so the app connects straight away

### Flashing
A full 4 MB image, flashed over USB.
- There is no over-the-air update for the board
- The same file is safe for every unit, and each board keeps its own settings
