### Multi-peso coins count correctly
Fixes coins that send several pulses being counted short, such as a 5-peso coin counted as 4.
- Pulses are now timed the moment they happen, so none are missed while the board is beeping or talking to the phone
- The coinslot stays open between the pulses of one coin
- Very short glitches under 2ms are ignored as contact bounce

### Fast-mode coin acceptors
Coins from acceptors set to fast mode are no longer rejected.
- The shortest accepted pulse is now 10ms (was 20ms)

### Clearer debug log
The debug log shows each pin signal with its GPIO number and level.
- For example `IN GPIO4 coin pulse #3 LOW 45ms` or `OUT GPIO5 coin accept -> HIGH (ENABLED)`
- Manual enable/disable coin commands are logged too
- Boot lists each pin's idle level

### Flashing
A full 4 MB image, flashed over USB.
- There is no over-the-air update for the board
- The same file is safe for every unit. It contains no WiFi, password or device ID
- The full image overwrites the settings area, so run Setup New Vendo again after flashing
- If the upload fails at 921600 baud, use 115200
