### New setup wizard
Four guided steps, and you can import settings or clone another device instead of starting from scratch.
- Quick Start page: set up manually, import from a file, or clone from another device
- License keys sorted with Available ones first, each with a badge, plus a refresh button
- Header shows whether the unit is Normal or Super Admin mode
- Back button on every step

### New dashboard layout
Fences is now the default, with a Windows-style taskbar.
- Taskbar sits on the left in landscape, along the bottom in portrait
- Holds your app logo, recent apps, clear-recents, brightness and volume
- New header card with analog clock, date, battery and remaining session time
- WiFi indicator shows the network name instead of just "Connected"

### Top Apps leaderboard
See the 20 most-played apps in your shop over the last 30 days.
- Opens from the trophy button in the taskbar
- Fixed playtime being recorded about six times too high
- Playtime is no longer lost when an upload fails

### Redesigned lockscreen
Frosted-glass styling, with a neon HUD panel for board and ESP32 units.
- New Orbitron font and an animated INSERT COIN badge
- Phone timer now uses the same layout as the board timer
- Video backgrounds download once, play from disk, and recover on their own
- Video pauses when the screen turns off, to save battery

### WiFi, Bluetooth and sounds in-app
Connect and configure without leaving the kiosk.
- In-app WiFi dialog replaces the Android system screen, and works on Device Owner units
- Bluetooth now lists device names instead of MAC addresses
- Sound picker with built-in, device and server sources
- New Coin Inserted beep when the coin countdown starts

### ESP32 sessions survive WiFi drops
A brief board reconnect no longer ends the session and relocks the phone.
- Grace window and backoff before a session is treated as ended
- The app can now tell a resuming session from a new one
- Charger events are de-duplicated, so setup no longer re-runs every few seconds
- The charger path no longer interferes with ESP32 sessions

### Phone timer ends sessions reliably
When time runs out the game is stopped and the device returns home.
- Works even if the overlay was killed, with an alarm backstop
- Overlay no longer gets stuck fullscreen after adding time or admin logout
- Overlay no longer blocks the keyboard in apps like Roblox and Facebook

### Kiosk and license fixes
The device no longer stays locked while an admin is logged in.
- Fixes an open/close loop on low-RAM Super Admin units
- Importing settings no longer wipes your license key
- Activation done during setup now shows correctly in the admin panel

### Logging and performance
Debug logging is now opt-in, and the dashboard scrolls smoothly.
- Debug Logs switch is off by default and clears itself after 5 hours
- Crash reports attach the log automatically
- Watchdog and Keepalive are now off by default
- Fixed severe scroll lag in the Fences layout
