Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask PisonetX to delete the data we hold about you, including conversations you had with our support chat on pisonetx.com or with our Facebook Page on Messenger.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to mikeytronixapps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send the message "delete my data" to our Facebook Page on Messenger.
2. Tell us which data you want removed (for example: support chat, Messenger conversation, or your PisonetX account) and, for the website chat, the email address you used if you entered one.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and delete the matching conversations, attached images and videos, and any related records within 30 days. Deleting your PisonetX account also removes the account information described in our Privacy Policy.

You can also remove PisonetX's access on Facebook at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites / Business Integrations.
