Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how it is used, and your choices regarding your information.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect the following types of personal information when you use the PisonetX application:

• Username, password, and email address provided during account registration.
• Screen activity, task manager details, and current processes running on each PC client for monitoring and control purposes.
• Sales and expenses data entered by users for management and analysis.

2. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including token-based authentication, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• With your consent.
• With service providers that process data on our behalf, such as the AI provider that generates replies in our support chat (see section 6).
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To protect and defend our rights and property.

4. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

5. Your Choices

You may update or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

6. Support Chat and Facebook Messenger

You can contact PisonetX support through the chat on pisonetx.com or by sending a message to our Facebook Page on Messenger. When you do, we collect:

• The messages you send us, and any images or videos you attach.
• An email address, only if you choose to enter one in the website chat.
• On Messenger: your Facebook name and a Page-specific ID that Meta provides to identify the conversation.
• On the website chat: your IP address (used for spam and abuse limits), the page you were on, and your chosen language.

How we use it: to answer your support questions. Replies are generated by an automated AI assistant based on our own product documentation, and our support staff can read the conversation and reply to you directly. We do not use chat messages for advertising, and we do not sell them.

AI processing: to generate a reply, the text of your conversation and any images you send are sent to our AI service provider, DeepSeek. Video files are not sent; only a few still images from them may be.

Retention: conversations and attachments are kept so our team can follow up, until you ask us to delete them or we remove them as no longer needed.

Deleting your chat data: email mikeytronixapps@gmail.com or send "delete my data" to our Facebook Page on Messenger. We will delete your conversations and attachments within 30 days. See our data deletion instructions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
